President, CEO and Director - T. John Magee
Mr. Magee is a graduate of Queen’s University with over 25 years of experience in the exploration, financing and management of junior resource companies. He is a professional geologist and a member of the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario.
Chief Financial Officer - Edward J. Badida
Mr. Badida is a Canadian Chartered Accountant with over 40 years of financial management experience with resource companies and with PricewaterhouseCoopers, an international public accounting firm. Recently his responsibilities include the position of Chief Financial Officer of both Guyana Goldfields Inc. and Stingray Copper Inc., listed on The Toronto Stock Exchange. In this professional role he oversees all areas of corporate finance, tax planning, and financial management of mineral exploration programs in Canada, Mexico and South America.
Director - Steve Brunelle
Mr. Brunelle is a graduate of Queen’s University with over 25 years of exploration and management experience of international exploration projects. Mr. Brunelle was an Officer and Director of Corner Bay Silver Inc. and played an integral part in the discovery of the Alamo Dorado silver-gold project in Sonora, Mexico. Corner Bay Silver (TSX) was merged with Pan American Silver Corp. in 2003. Mr. Brunelle is currently the Vice President of Stingray Copper Inc. which was acquired by Mercator Minerals Ltd. in a plan of arrangement, December 2009.
Director - Jay Sujir
Mr. Sujir is a securities and natural resources lawyer who has extensive experience in advising and assisting public companies. He has been a partner with the law firm of Anfield Sujir Kennedy & Durno in Vancouver, and its predecessor firm since 1991.
Director - Jeff Reeder
Jeffrey J. Reeder, P. Geo., has a B.Sc. from the University of Alberta and since 1992 has been registered as a professional geologist with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia. Mr. Reeder was the founding shareholder of Rio Silver Exploration and is the CEO for Duran Ventures and the Chairman of the Board for Amerix Precious Metals. Mr. Reeder is the geologist that originally identified and acquired the Aguila copper-moly project in Peru for MacMillan Gold Corp. (now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Duran Ventures) and is also responsible for identifying the Pinaya Copper-Gold project currently being explored by AM Gold Inc. Mr. Reeder has 17 years of experience in Peru and is fluent in Spanish. Mr. Reeder's experiences prior to working in Peru was with Noranda Exploration and the Hunter-Dickenson Group of Companies.
